The line pushes the envelope with its super graphic and cheeky collections, all of which draw inspiration from pop culture in the heart of Los Angeles. NEIVZ was conceived in 2010 by designer Steven Shein, over some good tequila, against the unforgiving California sun and amidst the stale LA air.
