My financial advisory career at Advisor’s Clique under OCBC-Great Eastern has semi-officially started today! Spent an entire day at office and my morning was kick started by a nice shift dress from Love Bonito and Chanel inspired blazer, high purple heels from New Look! Apologies for the lack of a photo though! But overall I love how sharp the look is with a touch of femininity and sexiness.
Work should be fun, lively and fashionable with what you wear! A dreary and blah outfit and I won’t even feel like stepping out of the house!
Just to give an idea of the kind of office wear I’m inclined towards:
Even at the work place I don’t sticky by the dull, toned down colours like the predictable nudes, blacks, browns and greys but of course it does make sense to wear them when I feel like it and blacks and greys do look awesome too depending on the design, textures, cutting and mix-match.
Wearing a great outfit takes you to places even beyond work, so that you don’t have to head home for a change, and lifts your mood significantly if it makes you look good and feel confident! It does affect how you speak, conduct yourself and how you feel about yourself in front of others, especially strangers.
MDS Collections’ preview is totally making me excited! I can’t wait to head down to their stores and new launch of summer work wear. Just look at the unconventional designs and bright colours!
That’s all for now, you will expect me to talk a lot more about stylish work wear these days! Redefine fashion at the work place, interesting! Maybe I’ll even snap a few pictures of working women in different types of office attire in the vicinity of bustling Raffles Place
