    CozyCot – 100 Most Inspiring REAL Women‏

    CozyCot celebrates Internation Women's Day 2011 Greetings! On behalf of CozyCot.com, we are cordially inviting you to partake in a special event we are planning for International Women's Day in March 2011. We have nominated you to take part in our campaign to become one of our 100 Most Inspiring REAL Women! CozyCot has personally approached you as we firmly believe that you have shown excellent achievements and success in your own field and have shown great inspiration among your peers. As you may already know, CozyCot.com is the leading Singapore-based women's website and portal for beauty, fashion and lifestyle news. We are rated by Hitwise as the number one women's website in the last five years. We have just celebrated our 9th birthday and are gearing up for bigger projects in the coming years. One of these exciting projects is the International Women's Day (IWD) campaign. 2011 marks the 100th year of this special day, March 8 being the global date of the event. Themed Celebrating The Faces of Real Women, our aim is to celebrate the strengths & achievements of women in Singapore in conjunction with the global community. CozyCot is looking for real faces of women from all walks of life, may it be from cultural, economic, political or social background.     Jamie! I knew her from working at Jipaban because I sold her a slot in JPB! Small, small world!

    Christmas itself was a quiet affair as I only got home at about 5am and slept till almost noon before starting some marketing research for F&E :)

    Then Bryant dropped me a surprise to pass me some very sweet gifts right at my doorstep though there was a downpour! -touched-

    My love for Disney Princesses is for the world to witness :D

    ♥ Launch of Ferosha & Eclat ♥

    My online boutique Ferosha & Eclat was officially launched on Monday, 20 December 2010! After all those months of hard work Lynette and I finally released our baby to the public. Having a blogshop/online boutique really takes much more time and effort than I thought, but like I always say, since it’s something I really enjoy doing and building, it really isn’t work after all. Most importantly, I just want to reap some fruits and rewards of my own efforts.

    The process of building F&E:

    1. Designing, crafting and materializing the website
    2. Research and Development processes
    3. Getting stocks
    4. Search for models
    5. Photoshoots (boutique + outdoor)
    6. Editing of photos and uploading
    7. Countless of hours online thinking and executing marketing and promotional strategies
    8. Word of mouth publicity
    9. Countless meetings to arrange behind the scenes planning and discussion
    10. Refining of website through feedback, updates and other improvements (constant process)

    Too taxing to think of more but yeah you can imagine that our work started since August when we came back from our overseas study mission to Silicon Valley. It’s always my dream to possess my own line of clothing and having an online shop is the first step towards making this come true :) Men’s line in a year or so, hopefully!
