It’s been so long since I did a proper blog post with updates on happenings and what not! Been mulling over my heartbreak, done enough thinking and reflections, talking to my very lovely, beloved friends and I’m on my way to the next chapter of my life. It’s not easy to move on, but I have to.

Jipaban.com is launching next Monday, 10th of May 2010!!! All our hard work’s finally paying off and we have successfully invited over 40 retailers on board with us! I’m moving towards the 3rd and 4th quarter of my internship and my stint with Jipaban, and enjoying every minute of it because I’m finally seeing the results and that is a real motivation to keep me going.

The thought of giving up never crossed my mind, but at times the fight is so difficult it’s even hard to breathe.

Sometimes as you work it’s so easy to get lost in the momentum and hasty pace of it all that you’ve lost track of how much time and effort you’ve spent in it.

But an sms I got from my senior Eileen this morning made me teared. Plus I was totally emo-ing to Westlife ballads while getting ready for work…

“…Melissa! I just read on Velda’s blog that the black toga she is going to release soon is going to be launched on Jipaban! I’m so proud of you girl! I guess Jipaban will be a big hit and I know you poured your heart into it Well done Mel! ”

So awesomely sweet of her )))))

Thank God for friends and girlfriends like her!

We were ushered into the event hall outside Ngee Ann City where crowds of audience were already seated! The whole atmosphere was really exciting as we dug into our goodie bags and waited for the show to begin!

Chicago The Musical

Eric and I went to watch Chicago at the Esplanade on the evening of his birthday! It was so awesome and I absolutely love the powerful vocals of the singers and actors!
